Description
This is a new evet aerotow in a very scenic part of Victoria. Just outside the township of Taggerty, 102km NE of Melbourne. The trip is about 1h 40m from Surrey Hills and takes you through the scenic Black Spur.
- This event is being run to MAAA regs, so please make sure you have your membership card with you and that all your models have their paperwork up to date. A large model inspector will be available if required.
- The event will be run according to the standard aerotow procedure – I would suggest you read them if you have not seen them before:
http://www.silentflight.net/index.php?/content/view/61/64/ - If the day is declared as a total fire ban day, the event will be cancelled. Notifications will be posted on the RCGA forum by 5pm the night before.
- Pilot briefing at 11am. We expect to fly till 6pm weather permitting.
- Entry cost per pilot is $10 for members and $20 for non- members of the RCGA
- Small Gold coin donations to the tug pilots.
- This is a non-smoking venue

Make sure you book early - its a long weekend and the bookings go quick!
Camping on site:
Camping on site is possible. - no open fires are allowed.
There will be toilets but there are no showers available.

This is a private strip that has been made available for our use. We would appreciate it if we could look after it even better than we normally do.
