What a glorious day....

Hi all,

Wow! I'd like to thank whoever sacrificaed the virgins to the weather Gods, it was an awesome day!

9 Pilots ejoyed a layed back day with 7 rounds and no droppers! This proved to bring a few pilots undone and I am pleased to say that David Pratley was the best Thermal pilot on the day and thoroughly deserved a well earnt win.

Great effort Dave! A great performance also by Tom DuPuche saw him come in Second and a consistent performance by Bernie saw him come in Third. A special mention to Marcus who flew his 2.7Kg 'Machine' F3B model to a nice 4th place.

We had Bob Wilson come along and join in the fun and he did his first ever winch launch. Well done Bob and some of your thermalling throughout the day was excellent.
